All requests must be made online and received at least 24 hours in advance. Requests will be honored unless notified of a conflict by our staff. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will be charged after the first occurance: Members will be charged $10 and non-members will be charged the appropriate rental rate.
