Beginner Pitchers Camp
June 26, 27, 28, 29 (10 AM-10U / 11 AM-12U)
Camp Price $100 for 4 Hours Group Instruction
This camp is for 10u and 12u softball players who are interested in learning the basics of softball pitching. The camp will be led by Kirstie Saunders, a three-year letterman pitcher for Pickerington North High School and Fairfield Christian Academy in the Columbus area. Kirstie was an all-state selection her senior year and went on to pitch for Marietta College where she was named an All-American Scholar Athlete. After college, Kirstie served as a private pitching coach in Central Ohio before moving to Stark County where she works in education and continues to instruct and coach the game she loves at Diamond Dreams. Velocity Pitching Camp
June 20, 22, 27, 29 & July 6 (All Ages: 1-2 PM)
Camp Price $125 for 5 Hours of Group Instruction
This camp is for all ages who want to develop speed on their softball pitches. The camp will focus on minor fundamental adjustments and pitching-specific conditioning workouts. The camp will be led by Kirstie Saunders, a three-year letterman pitcher for Pickerington North High School and Fairfield Christian Academy in the Columbus area. Kirstie was an all-state selection her senior year and went on to pitch for Marietta College where she was named an All-American Scholar Athlete. Summer Bambino Camp
July 10, 11, 12 (Ages 4-7: 9 AM to 10 AM)
Camp Price is $75 for 3 Hours of Group Instruction
Our Summer Bambino Camp introduces our youngest athletes to the great games of baseball and softball through the development of locomotor and fundamental baseball/softball skills. Activities include running, jumping and skipping designed to help our young ones develop body awareness, balance, and body control. In addition, we safely introduce throwing, catching, fielding and hitting fundamentals. This combination lays a solid foundation for athletic development and instills a love of the game in the youngest athletes! Sessions will include fun games and competitions including wiffle ball. The camp will be led by accomplished player/coaches Kirstie and Tim Saunders, who also happen to be parents to 7 year-old Harlow, 3 year-old Hunter and 6-month old Hank! Camp inclues a tee-shirt.
